By the end of this workshop you will:
Understand the foundations of calligraphy, including the mechanics of your brush pen and how to use it to create modern script;
Be proficient in the 10 basic calligraphy strokes, the building blocks of all calligraphic alphabets;
Be able to script a lowercase alphabet in modern brush calligraphy; and
Have the confidence and skills to continue your practice at home!
This workshop is designed for total beginners, so no experience is necessary. Not only will you receive 90 minutes of instruction via a private Zoom classroom and a workbook to print at home, but you will also have the opportunity to ask questions, share your work and get feedback in real time.
